Becoming a homeowner is one empowering moment. As an agent, Kipp Harris helps people on the journey, which can be overwhelming at times. He establishes relationships and takes people from the home search and paperwork to the day they put the key in the lock of their new home. Most agents disappear after that, but Kipp makes himself available for questions and continues to maintain his network of homeowners.

He does things differently.

Kipp spent a decade in California gaining marketing and sales experience with a pharmacy software company. He managed a multi-national sales territory for the company, including Guam and Saipan.

He moved back to North Dakota in 2005 and joined Prudential Premier shortly after his return to the area, vowing to do things differently. Kipp had bought and sold homes using agents in the past and he wasn’t satisfied with the service he received. Those experiences motivate him to make sure his clients are happy both during and after the transaction.

He loves being part of great real estate moments; such as helping first generation homebuyers get into their first house and watching them make it a home.

Kipp puts family first. He also enjoys traveling, making improvements to his own home and is an animal lover.

Kipp is a member of the West Fargo Chamber of Commerce, the Fargo-Moorhead Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved with the North Dakota Human Rights Coalition, currently serving as vice president.
